Félix seeks a Compliance Operations Project Manager to drive execution across the compliance roadmap. You will coordinate with Engineering, Legal, Product, and external vendors to deliver initiatives that make compliance operations faster and more robust.

You’ll report to the Compliance Ops Manager and ensure projects are delivered on time, with clear visibility and continuous process improvements in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Business or Law.
• 3 to 5 years in Compliance, Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or similar with at least 2+ years in a leadership level role.
• Ability to lead Team Leads and develop people.
• Fintech AML/KYC and document verification experience.
• Proficiency in SQL; Excel/Google Sheets required.
• Experience with IDV tools (Persona) and support platforms.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-Functional Project Execution: manage end-to-end compliance projects from scoping to post-implementation monitoring.
• Gap Analysis & Process Optimization: audit workflows, partner with Product to automate tasks, implement changes with sign-off.
• Project Execution: own scoping, coordination, timelines, and post-launch monitoring; liaison between Compliance Operations and Legal/Engineering.
• Compliance Roadmap Tracking: maintain timeline, run review meetings, ensure cross-functional dependencies.
• Team Leads - Light Coordination: work with Team Leads, surface blockers, ensure operational reality is connected to project work.
