Formación

• 5+ years as Software Engineer in fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build, ship, and iterate on software with real-world impact.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with web services including SOAP and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, Gradual Rollouts.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex or similar.
• Curiosity and/or experience in Fintech is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Design & Architecture: Architect and implement high-performance backend microservices.
• User Interfaces: Build and iterate on UI services and conversational interfaces.
• Infrastructure: Manage infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests with real-time messaging.
• Cloud Integration: Develop backend services using Google Cloud and standard industry practices.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor juniors and work with cross-functional teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and analytics to improve conversational experiences.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher is required.
