As part of a fast-moving team, you’ll coordinate with multiple internal groups to resolve issues, document gaps, and improve processes. Remote, global coverage is available for the right candidate.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex customer issues across banking, credit, and payments via email, chat, and phone with precision.
• Guide VIP/high-revenue accounts through multi-step processes with high-quality service.
• Coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance to resolve multi-stakeholder issues.
• File bug reports and test new features in staging environments.
• Create and update documentation to close process gaps.
• Qualify high-value sales leads and route to account executives.
• Maintain compliance through careful communications in sensitive scenarios.
