Félix is seeking a Compliance Operations Project Manager to drive execution across the compliance roadmap. You will coordinate with Engineering, Legal, Product, and external vendors to deliver initiatives that strengthen compliance operations, while maintaining visibility over team work and blockers.

This execution‑first role requires structure, thrives in complex environments, and offers growth into senior compliance or operations leadership within a remote, fast‑moving fintech setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Law.
• 3–5 years in Compliance or Trust & Safety with leadership experience.
• Strong AML/KYC understanding and document verification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end compliance projects from scoping to launch.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Legal, Product and external partners.
• Maintain a live project tracker and surface blockers.
• Ensure initiatives meet regulatory requirements and roadmap goals.
