Azumo is a remote‑first fintech security leader seeking a hands‑on DevSecOps Engineer / Security Solutions Lead to own and strengthen the security posture of our platform, infrastructure, and AI‑driven systems. This proactive role collaborates with engineering and compliance teams to ensure continuous resilience in a remote Latin America setting.

You will secure systems, remediate vulnerabilities, and engage in customer and partner security due diligence while scaling post-Series A funding.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in security engineering, infrastructure security, application security, DevSecOps.
• Experience securing AWS-based infrastructure and cloud native systems.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, threat modeling, and incident response.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Secure and harden cloud infrastructure, applications, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and improve secure development practices with engineering teams.
• Implement encryption, secrets management, logging, monitoring, and access controls.
• Lead security architecture design for cloud-native and distributed systems.
• Coordinate remediation with engineering and operations, and validate fixes.
• Engage in risk assessments, compliance alignment, and customer/partner security enablement.
