Félix is seeking a Fraud Prevention Specialist toOwn the analytical layer that keeps fraud out of the ecosystem, bridging front-line investigators, Fraud Strategy, and Data. You will convert raw signals into actionable detection logic and containment strategies in production.

Formación

• Strong SQL proficiency with ability to navigate complex schemas under time pressure.
• Experience identifying fraud patterns, preferably in Fintech, Payments, or Remittances.
• Understanding of risk controls, thresholds, and false-positive tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate data findings into clear, actionable language for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience owning or tuning production fraud rules in real-time environments.
• Familiarity with risk platforms and vendor signals, chargeback/dispute lifecycles.
• Exposure to ML-assisted fraud scoring and governance processes.
• Knowledge of AI tools to enhance Fraud Investigative work.

Responsabilidades

• Run proactive, hypothesis-driven analysis to identify new fraud patterns, attacks, and emerging threats across the Félix ecosystem.
• Build and maintain complex SQL queries to deep-dive suspicious activity and expose fraud rings and account-takeover behavior.
• Monitor core fraud metrics to detect anomalies early and shorten time-to-detection.
• Design, prototype, and validate detection rules with impact on fraud capture and customer friction.
• Deploy containment rules during active attacks and monitor real-time performance.
• Document rule intent and expected impact for auditable decisions.
