Félix in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Fraud Investigator to own monitoring, analyze fraud rings, and coordinate rapid responses. You will leverage SQL to pull data, build dashboards, and collaborate with Operations and Strategy for proactive defenses. This role is currently remote with a path to a flexible hybrid schedule as we scale.

The ideal candidate has proven fraud investigation experience, strong data storytelling, and fluency in English to communicate complex findings clearly across teams.

Formación

• Graduation from a Business major.
• Proven fraud investigation and transaction monitoring experience.
• Deep understanding of fraud typologies and MO.
• Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling abilities.
• Proficient with SQL and creating dashboards.
• Experience with AI tools for data retrieval and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own fraud monitoring and attack tracking, blocking suspicious users promptly.
• Operate external intelligence tools like Axur and translate signals into actions.
• Reverse engineer fraud MOs and surface rings with evidence trails.
• Share rapid insights with stakeholders to enable fast mitigations.
• Write SQL queries and build dashboards for investigations.
• Handle high‑complexity fraud cases end‑to‑end with autonomy.
• Coach junior investigators and document methodologies for repeatability.
• Participate in fraud prevention initiatives and process improvements.
