Félix is looking for a talented individual to join their Fraud Strategy team, where you will lead fraud risk assessments for new products and markets. Your role will involve strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL to monitor launch risks and facilitate product introductions effectively. The position offers remote flexibility and a collaborative environment.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, making it an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in payments, fintech, or risk environment.
• Experience in running risk assessments and managing fraud risks.
• Ability to analyze data and monitor launch performance independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fraud risk assessments for new products and markets.
• Support sequencing of launches in collaboration with teams.
• Build and maintain fraud risk assessment playbook.
• Define controls and monitoring for product launches.
• Use SQL to size risk and monitor early indicators.
• Track dependencies and surface blockers pre-launch.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
