Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage full sales cycles, and engage with key operators to deliver value through technical and commercial execution.

You will coordinate with operations and product teams to ensure top-quality services, support tenders, and renewals, while identifying cross-sell opportunities and maintaining CRM pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins (e.g., Vaca Muerta) is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical info into commercial value.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contract negotiation.
• Maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors; deliver technical presentations.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
