Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators to deliver high-value solutions and differentiating services.

Responsibilities include technical presentations, post-well analyses, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and customer satisfaction across the lifecycle of projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPI knowledge.
• Experience with operators in shale basins, preferably Vaca Muerta.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication to translate technical value into commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
