Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators to deliver high-value solutions.

With 10+ years in directional drilling and related technologies, you will translate wellbore data and KPIs into commercial value while collaborating across operations and product lines to ensure service quality and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and key drilling KPIs.
• Proven experience working with operators in shale basins.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
