Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.
• Proven capability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build strong relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post‑well analyses to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
