Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin, focusing on developing and executing the commercial strategy with a strong emphasis on technical sales and customer engagement.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate across teams, and ensure service delivery aligns with Baker Hughes standards, delivering value through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong knowledge of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex, and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
