Job summary

GoFasti is seeking an English-fluent Scheduler in Latin America for a fully remote role. You will create and manage client visit schedules, verify authorizations, and match clinicians to clients while serving as the main scheduling contact.

Strong communication, organization, and WellSky experience are required. Ideal candidates will have a healthcare-related background, a high school diploma or GED, and comfort with After-hours scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, assign, and manage client visits in WellSky.
• Build and maintain accurate visit schedules for clinical staff.
• Verify and track visit authorizations for all payers.
• Match field clinicians and aides to clients based on factors.
• Serve as the primary contact for scheduling inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date visit records in WellSky.
