Janie Health is seeking a remote healthcare admin to support US patients. You will manage scheduling, confirm appointments, and liaise with insurance providers while delivering a positive patient experience.

Formación

• Fluent in English for frontline patient communication.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy.
• Pre-screen calls and triage to appropriate staff.
• Work with insurance and medical records to coordinate care.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
