IQVIA is seeking the Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM who will drive the Centralized Monitoring program remotely across multiple countries. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract requirements while optimizing speed, quality and costs, in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive clinical monitoring experience, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global deliverables.
• Manage study metrics trending and action plans.
• Develop analytics strategies for studies and RBM tools.
• Mentor junior staff and provide coaching.
• Ensure study governance and eTMF oversight.
• Coordinate with project, clinical leads and sponsor.
