IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, focused on coordinating global projects from a remote location. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver objectives, optimize speed, quality, and cost, and ensure compliance with IQVIA SOPs and ICH GCP.

Responsibilities include overseeing monitoring deliverables, risk management, RBM tool development, and mentoring junior staff across study teams. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong English skills (advanced).
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects.
• Provide oversight of clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage study resources.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools for studies.
• Coach junior staff and ensure audit readiness.
