IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, fully remote. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives under contract, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

You will oversee global projects, manage resources, and help develop monitoring strategies while ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery. Strong English communication is required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site) with knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Lead role experience of at least 2 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead; manage IPs and mitigation strategies including re-supply, re-labelling, import/export licenses.
• May act as Clinical Lead when needed and support project close-out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring staff).
• Develop analytics strategy and contribute to monitoring strategy and study plans.
