IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM (Remote) to partner with project and clinical leads to achieve objectives per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery according to IQVIA SOPs. • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA) with knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach; motivated, influential and coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol, SOPs and regulations.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when needed; manage IPs and risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop and monitor study/site metrics and trends; contribute to analytics strategy.
• Support monitoring strategy development, including triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings; provide inputs for continuous process improvements.
• Develop study management plans and RBM tools; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
