IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM (Remote) to drive delivery of project objectives, ensuring speed, quality and cost efficiency in line with IQVIA SOPs. The role involves leading a global monitoring team, managing resources, and collaborating with project and clinical leads.

You will contribute to analytics strategy, monitor study metrics, and provide inputs to study teams. Strong English, leadership, and cross-functional communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• +2 years in a Lead role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk, and mitigation strategies.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and manage project resources.
• Develop monitoring strategies, RBM tools, and analytics templates.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF oversight for audits.
