IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM (Remote) to partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

You will oversee the global monitoring team, manage resources, and drive study analytics and RBM initiatives. Strong leadership, English fluency, and 3+ years of monitoring experience are required to excel in this role.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in clinical monitoring, remote or on-site.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local laws.
• Strong written and verbal English required.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Centralized Monitoring team and ensure delivery per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs including regulatory tasks.
• Lead projects or step in when needed at closeout.
• Manage resources: CRAs, Central Monitors, and CTAs.
• Monitor site metrics, trend analysis, and action plans.
• Support analytics strategy and advanced analytics development.
• Contribute to monitoring strategy with triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team or client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams for improvements and escalation.
• Develop study management plans and RBM tools; ensure audit readiness.
• Mentor junior staff.
