Whizz is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving LATAM clients. The role blends customer service with technical problem solving, guiding customers through the SaaS platform and assisting with permit filings and account management.

You will troubleshoot issues, conduct live demonstrations, and help users understand workflows. A strong analytical mindset, ownership, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, tech support, or related roles.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, and CRM systems.
• Experience conducting platform demos or walkthroughs for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with good judgment.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls, deliver professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and filings.
• Guide customers through features and workflows with clarity.
• Conduct platform demonstrations to illustrate key features.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and determine best actions.
• Own issues from start to resolution and Escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and satisfaction remains high.
