Bionic Talent seeks an Intake Specialist to be the first contact for prospective clients in a US personal injury law firm. The role emphasizes warm, prompt responses, accurate data collection, and skilled conversion of inquiries into retainers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in legal intake, strong Spanish/English communication, and experience with case management tools. This is a fully remote position serving the Latin American region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in legal intake, customer service, or client-facing roles within a US law firm (Personal Injury preferred).
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls, web leads, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Conduct intake interviews for Personal Injury matters, gathering case details and evaluating viability.
• Explain firm services and address hesitations to encourage client conversion.
