Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Experience handling BI, no-fault, and UM/SUM claims.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurers, and attorneys to progress cases.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify and other systems.
