RateHawk is seeking a Local Support Specialist to assist our B2B partners in Italian and English, offering expert guidance and timely updates. This remote role suits someone who loves travel tech and helping partners succeed.

You will manage bookings, tickets, and escalations, while collaborating with teams across the company to maintain high service levels. Fluency in Italian and English, plus experience in travel, are essential.

Formación

• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators.
• Proactive attitude with initiative to prevent issues.
• Maintains professionalism under pressure and multitasks effectively.
• Strong empathy and customer-centric communication.
• Quick learner with adaptable mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist partners via calls, provide initial advice, and update on cases in Italian and English.
• Communicate transparently to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Handle tickets, escalate when needed, and drive resolutions.
• Manage bookings, including modifications and relocations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
• Balance partner and account manager expectations to deliver outcomes.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM.
