Bluelight Consulting LLC seeks a driven Business Development Representative to expand its client base through high-volume outbound prospecting and timely qualification of opportunities. You will engage US-based decision-makers, leveraging HubSpot and other tools, and you will log all activity while hitting daily targets.

The role emphasizes performance in a fast-paced environment, ongoing messaging optimization, and collaboration with Account Executives to secure qualified discovery calls.

Formación

• Experience in B2B tech or software sales.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities).
• Use HubSpot for daily outreach, tasks, cadences, and follow-ups.
• Build targeted lists with Apollo and Clay aligned to ICP.
• Run multi-touch sequences with Instantly to drive responses.
• Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; chase KPIs.
