Bluelight is seeking a driven outbound sales professional to join our rapidly growing team. You will conduct high-volume prospecting across cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS, using HubSpot to manage tasks and pipelines.

You will build targeted lists with Apollo and Clay, run multi-touch sequences in Instantly, and leverage ZoomInfo for account insights. Ideal candidates have B2B software sales experience, excellent English communication, and strong negotiation skills.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably in technology software
• Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly and ZoomInfo
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Ability to meet daily activity targets and drive pipeline growth
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day)
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences to engage prospects
• Log all activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for Account Executives
• Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies
