Bluelight, a growing software consultancy, seeks a proactive outbound sales driver to execute high-volume prospecting and build a strong pipeline of qualified meetings. You will leverage Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach to Bluelight's ICP.

English communications and CRM management are essential for success. You will join a fast-paced team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering measurable results.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably tech/software industries.
• Strong negotiation and prospecting skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written, customer-service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily via calls, email, LinkedIn and SMS.
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists aligned with ICPs.
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences to engage prospects and drive responses.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need and timeline.
• Log all activities and pipeline updates in the CRM.
