Bluelight is seeking a results-driven outbound sales specialist to join our rapidly growing team. You will drive high-volume prospecting across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to build a strong pipeline in a remote-capable role.

You will leverage HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and book discovery calls for Account Executives. Strong English communication and independent teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Experience in high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Proven track record in B2B tech or software sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily via calls, email, LinkedIn and SMS.
• Use HubSpot to manage outreach and follow-ups.
• Build target prospect lists using Apollo and Clay.
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly.
• Research accounts with ZoomInfo to identify decision-makers.
• Write and send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with clear CTAs.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and ensure strong show rates.
