You will engage with C-suite and decision-makers across the tech sector, delivering Bluelight's value proposition in early conversations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in B2B software sales, strong negotiation skills, and experience with CRM platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably tech/software
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influence abilities
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80-150+ activities) using calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS
• Manage outreach with HubSpot and cadences, track activities
• Build target prospect lists aligned with ICP using Apollo and Clay
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences to engage prospects and drive responses
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
