Bluelight Consulting is seeking a proactive sales professional to join our rapidly growing team. You will execute high-volume outbound prospecting, manage outreach across multiple channels, and build targeted prospect lists aligned with our ideal customer profile.

You will qualify opportunities and book discovery calls for Account Executives. We value collaboration, continuous learning, and performance-based rewards.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably in technology or software.
• Strong negotiation skills enabling influence with decision-makers.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80-150+ activities/day).
• Use CRM tools to manage daily outreach and follow-ups.
• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with the ICP.
• Write high-converting outbound emails and messages.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log activities and update pipeline in the CRM.
• Continuously improve outreach messaging based on results.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets.
