Tether seeks an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing, combining hands-on and automation to ensure quality across products. You will build robust test suites, integrate into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers to improve testability and acceptance criteria.

The role requires 4+ years of QA automation, experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and testing Electron/React Native apps, plus familiarity with AI tools in QA. Remote work is offered globally.

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual/exploratory testing.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Experience with AI tools in QA and evaluating outputs.
• Testing Electron and React Native apps on real devices.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data/environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
