Job summary

Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation alongside manual testing. You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, diagnose failures, and ensure robust test coverage across Electron/React Native apps.

Candidates should bring 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on testing, and experience with Playwright and WebdriverIO. Remote work is supported globally, with a focus on high-quality, scalable automation solutions.

Qualifications

4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Hands-on experience with desktop/mobile test automation stacks.
Familiarity with AI tools in QA a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
