Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own test automation for desktop and mobile apps, while performing thorough manual testing to ensure product quality. You’ll integrate tests into CI/CD, fix flaky tests, and collaborate with developers to improve testability.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on testing experience, and familiarity with Playwright/WebdriverIO/Appium for mobile. Remote global team with flexible, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with QA automation and manual testing.
• Experience writing automated tests with Gherkin for BDD.
• Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and test execution in automation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted QA tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation scripts.
• Conduct manual testing and validate software against criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Document feature behavior and track test results.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve quality.
• Maintain regression suites and manage test data.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
