Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to design and maintain desktop and mobile test automation, while performing manual testing to ensure product quality. You will integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to improve testability across Electron/React Native apps.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on testing, and experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and AI-assisted QA tools.

Competenze

4+ years in QA automation, with hands-on testing experience.
Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web, WebdriverIO for web, and Appium for mobile.
Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on real devices.
Experience using AI tools in QA and evaluating their outputs.

Mansioni

Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
