Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to join our remote‑first fintech team. You will own desktop and mobile test automation, while also performing manual and exploratory testing to ensure high quality.

Join a fast‑moving company building scalable digital finance solutions, and help integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using modern tools. Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and AI‑assisted QA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation with manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD, e.g., GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop or web.
• WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile testing.
• Experience testing Electron/React Native apps on real devices.
• Experience using AI QA tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands‑on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
