Kelly Services is a fully remote company seeking an Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business lines in the Americas. The role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through various channels and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities include partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, delivering a fair, inclusive process, and maintaining candidate records while contributing to recruiting metrics and pipeline building.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hiring.
• Spanish/English bilingual proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple business lines and functions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align hiring needs with a fair process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support recruiting metrics.
