Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automated testing for desktop and mobile apps, while performing manual testing as needed. You will build robust regression tests, integrate them into CI/CD, investigate failures, and ensure high-quality releases.

This role emphasizes automation, collaboration, and proactive quality advocacy. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA, strong Playwright and WebdriverIO/Appium experience, and familiarity with AI tools in QA.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on testing
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on Playwright for desktop/web, WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on iOS/Android
• Experience using AI tools in QA, testing AI-powered apps is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts for app functionality.
• Manual testing to validate criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests.
• Record detailed feature behavior and pass/fail criteria.
• Identify and communicate quality risks to the team.
• Collaborate with product to ensure testability and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain automation suites and data environments.
• Contribute to SDLC QA strategies with the team.
• Participate in On-Call rotations.
