Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to drive quality across desktop and mobile apps. You will own automated testing, conduct manual and exploratory testing, and ensure robust test coverage within CI/CD workflows. Remote collaboration with a global team is expected.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, experience with Playwright or WebdriverIO, Appium for mobile, and comfort testing Electron/React Native apps on real devices. Strong analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation, plus hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with desktop/mobile test automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
