Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automation for desktop and mobile applications, while performing hands-on manual and exploratory testing. You will build and maintain regression suites, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testability and release quality.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, experience with Playwright and WebdriverIO/Appium, and familiarity with AI tools in QA.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation, plus hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real iOS and Android devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and critically reviewing their output. Testing AI-powered applications is a plus.

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.

• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.

• Maintain automation repositories in GitHub and run custom scripts.
