Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing, building robust automation while performing manual testing where needed. You’ll integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to improve testability and coverage.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA, hands-on experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, Electron/React Native apps, and a knack for evaluating AI QA tools.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and evaluating their outputs.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
