Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automated and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps across blockchain-backed platforms. You will build robust test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, and drive quality through hands-on testing, ensuring stable releases.

You’ll leverage Playwright, WebdriverIO, and Appium to cover Electron and React Native apps, while also evaluating AI-assisted QA tools to improve efficiency and accuracy across devices and platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years of QA automation experience.
• Hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Experience testing desktop and mobile apps (Electron, React Native).
• Familiarity with AI tools in QA and evaluating their outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing for new features.
• Determine manual vs automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
