Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automation for desktop and mobile applications, while performing manual and exploratory testing. You will build reliable regression suites and ensure high-quality releases across our AI-powered platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation or related field.
• Hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Experience with AI tools in QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain desktop/mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
