Job summary

SAP is seeking an experienced CFA Agentic AI Product Manager within People & Organization Growth to lead discovery, define problem statements, and translate needs into actionable requirements for engineering and AI teams. You will partner with P&C stakeholders, CPIT AI Incubation, and SuccessFactors product teams to deliver measurable value while upholding privacy and governance standards.

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Qualifications

Proven PO experience delivering digital/AI products (3–7+ years).
Hands-on with AI/ML, automation or SuccessFactors modules.
Strong governance, safety and ethics focus for AI systems.

Responsibilities

Drive discovery with stakeholders to define problems, personas, success metrics and acceptance criteria.
Translate business needs into user stories, specs and tests for engineering and data teams.
Prioritize work balancing business value, risk, compliance and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with business, CPIT AI Incubation and SuccessFactors teams.
Define and track KPIs and iterate based on telemetry and user feedback.
Lead governance and human-in-the-loop policies for high-risk workflows.
