Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on Marketing-oriented data workflows. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, connect paid media platforms to a central warehouse, and ensure clean CRM data flows into BigQuery.

The role emphasizes modular dbt/Dataform transformations, CI/CD discipline, and high-quality dashboards for education marketing clients. You'll collaborate with a scaling Data & Analytics team to deliver reliable reporting and insights for partners in higher education

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, preferably in marketing or agency settings.
• Strong SQL proficiency with BigQuery modeling and transformations.
• Experience with ETL tools like Adverity or comparable platforms.
• Python skills for API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows and multi-client data environments.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM sources to the warehouse.
• Maintain CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) for clean lead/enrollment data flows.
• Design and optimize the data warehouse in BigQuery with scalable schemas.
• Build modular dbt/Dataform pipelines with clear naming conventions.
• Maintain CI/CD and data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated Google Sheets reports.
