Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency, a fully remote firm, seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a subset of DTC accounts and guide client relationships. You will audit accounts, manage brand and non-brand strategies, and defend your calls with data.

You will own feeds, tracking, and creative optimization, using GA4, GTM, and Shopify tools. You must thrive in a remote, results-driven environment with US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on management of Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Direct client relationship ownership and presentation of results.
• Audit-first onboarding: campaign structure, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Separate brand vs non-brand strategies and reporting.
• Understanding of PMax and attribution, not just last click.
• Ability to curb overly automated Google behavior and review assets.
• Management of feed quality, Shopping, and Merchant Center.
• Tracking ownership across GA4, GTM, and Shopify imports.
• Ability to diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offer, landing pages, checkout, and tracking.
• Willingness to build landing pages, scripts, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary account manager.
• Audit-overview before touching any account; deliver Loom walkthroughs with findings.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report accordingly.
• Know what PMax is actually doing; separate brand vs incremental CAC.
• Keep Google’s automation in check; audit auto-created assets and sitelinks.
• Own feed quality and its impact on Shopping and PMax.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, and conversions; resolve discrepancies.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across assets and pages.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
