Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own end-to-end Google Ads accounts, manage $5k+ monthly budgets to six figures, and be the client's primary contact.

You’ll audit, optimize, and defend strategic recommendations, balancing brand and performance signals for incremental growth. You will work with GA4/GTM/Shopify ecosystems, own the feed and conversion tracking, and leverage AI tools to build landing pages and scripts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent in English with client-facing communication.
• Experience building landing pages and using AI tools.
• Ability to work US Eastern business hours.
• Ownership mindset: own the full funnel and results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs incremental.
• Own the feed, tracking, and landing pages; build needed assets.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build solutions; ship landing pages.
