Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own a set of DTC accounts end to end, act as the client’s direct contact, present updates, and defend your calls with clear reasoning.

You must have hands-on spend on Google Ads with CPA/ROAS results, fluency across Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube, and you should be able to build landing pages with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, with demonstrable CPA and ROAS results.
• Fluency across the full ad stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube.
• Able to build and deploy a landing page using AI tools (Claude or equivalent).
• Excellent English communication, native or near-native level, with client-facing calls during US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and feeds before touching anything; present findings to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and report separately.
• Know what PMax is delivering and manage automation, bidding and attribution carefully.
• Own the feed, tracking, and landing pages; build scripts and dashboards as needed.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and execute fixes across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and tracking.
