Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns end to end for DTC brands. You will manage the entire funnel from feed to landing pages, and be the primary client contact.

You will defend attribution choices, optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, and collaborate with creative and tech to move numbers. Remote work with US East hours, ownership and accountability emphasis.

Qualifications

• Audit campaigns before touching anything to understand structure and tracking.
• Own the client relationship and present plans and results directly.
• Know how to separate and optimize brand vs non-brand performance.
• Able to defend attribution choices and optimize for incremental metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and contact.
• Audit and review campaigns, structure, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct, report separately.
• Monitor PMax effectiveness, separate branded vs non-branded volume.
• Keep automation in check and audit auto-recommendations and assets.
• Own the feed and shopping delivery, including Merchant Center health.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify imports; ensure data integrity.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build landing pages or scripts to remove constraints.
