Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own the entire Google Ads lifecycle for a set of DTC accounts, directly communicating results and plans to clients.

You will audit campaigns, manage budgets from modest to six figures monthly, and shape attribution models to prove real growth. A hands-on, output-driven mindset is essential for success in this remote team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to defend attribution decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand vs non-brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, terms, bidding, feed health, landing pages.
• Communicate results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients; lead calls.
• Keep feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and tracking in good health.
• Build or integrate landing pages and scripts to remove growth bottlenecks.
• Apply disciplined attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, and holdouts for insights.
